On the workbench

This is whats up next. The first is my contribution to the APG. It will be a Berdan Shapshooter around the time of the Battle of Gettysburg. I picked the new Hornet head set with frightened/surprised expressions.

The next is a Metal Models Chasseur. Alot of this line is "cookie cutter" but to have one in hand is really inspiring. The detail is wonderful and the casting superb. And the price wasn't bad either!

Stay tuned.

Hello Jason,

Looks like a good start on the sharpshooter.
Keep them updates coming.
Is that a Armand Bayardi dead tree?

greets,
RJ

PS: Here are some updates on my works (have to update my blog....)

RJ,

Yes, it's a AB dead tree. I will give it some life though:)

Thanks pard. The Berdan is well on its way. I had the day off last friday and went into a sculpting binge. No wife, no kids and a little caffeine. It rained all day, so no guilt about the ton of leaves on the ground.

Jason, Sounds great. Don't ya just love having a little "me" time every now and again? November is good month for me as I normally get a lot of time off around Thanksgiving. Hopefully it will also signal a productive period for me as well. I can't wait to see further progress on you current batch of projects. ~Gary

Big ol' pile of heads and armatures for the St. Privat project.
